Welcome to DC Corporate Chair Massage. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, dccorporatechairmassage.com, and to the services we provide. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide corporate and on-site event chair massage by licensed massage therapists. Services depend on therapist availability and may require advance scheduling and a short consultation.
2. Booking
Appointments are requested through our website. Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking; your booking is confirmed once we confirm it with you. You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information when you book.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time by calling 202-600-6017 or emailing info@dccorporatechairmassage.com.
4. Payment and pricing
Payment is due at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect bookings we have already confirmed.
5. Your responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information;
- not use our services for any unlawful purpose; and
- not interfere with the proper working of our website.
6. Health and suitability
Chair massage is intended for relaxation and general well-being and is not a substitute for medical care. Participants should tell their therapist about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy before a session. Our therapists may decline or adjust a session if they believe it may not be suitable.
7. Limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DC Corporate Chair Massage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
